Welcome to this sacred journey of Christian Initiation.

As your child begins preparation to receive the grace of the sacraments and to grow more deeply in the life of Christ and His Church, the parish desires to accompany your family with prayer, support, and sound catechesis.

Because parents and guardians are the first and most important teachers of their children in the ways of faith, this survey is meant to help the parish understand your family’s present experience of Catholic life, prayer, worship, and formation.
