- Arrive around 9 am help move trailer/ grill - Start fire - Cook in batches - Store cooked meat in ice chests - Sort and wash beans - Cook on stove top burners - Prep and wrap baked potatoes - Cook in convection oven in batches - Store in hot box until service

Kitchen Crew (Tony C. - Chair) 10am - 3pm

Clean up kitchen after food prepared 2pm - 3pm

Serving Line 6:00 to 7:30 pm (3-4 guys)

Wash Dishes 5:00 to 7 pm (2-3 guys)

Cafeteria clean up 6:30 to 8:00 pm

Casino Team

- Set up drinks and ice in ice chests and refrigerators in main hall - Set up small service in cafeteria for dinner - Serve to guests and collect donations - Sell rebuys and raffle tickets as needed - Promote the silent auction, live auction, and raffle prizes throughout the night

Tend Bar (6:30 - 7:30 cafeteria) 2-3 guys

Tend Bar (7:30-9:30 casino) 2-3 guys

Sell rebuys (6:30-7:30 cafeteria) 1-2 guys

Sell rebuys (7:30-9:30 casino) 1-2 guys
