It is that time again when the St. Vincent de Paul Society asks the great Community of St. Monica to help provide canned and dry food items for Christmas Food Baskets!  With your help, we will gather all the staples for a great Christmas dinner and assemble them into food baskets to be distributed before the Holiday. 

We ask for parishioners to bring items to the collection bins located in the foyer from this weekend through December 10 to help us with this effort.  We need the following items:
 
Corn, Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes, Stuffing, Gravy, Chicken Stock, Yams, & Cranberries, Drink & Cake Mixes, etc.
 
Collection bins will be located in the church foyer to receive your donations every week through December 10.

¡La Sociedad de San Vicente de Paúl le pide a la gran Comunidad de Santa Mónica que ayude a proporcionar alimentos enlatados y secos para las Cestas de Comida de Navidad! Con su ayuda, reuniremos todos los alimentos básicos para una cena de Navidad y los reuniremos en cestas de alimentos para distribuirlos antes de las Fiestas.

Pedimos a los feligreses que traigan artículos a los contenedores de recolección ubicados en el vestíbulo desde este fin de semana hasta el 10 de diciembre para ayudarnos con este esfuerzo. Necesitamos los siguientes artículos:
 
Maíz, judías verdes, puré de patata, relleno, salsa, caldo de pollo, ñames, arándanos, mezclas de bebidas y pasteles, etc.
 
Los contenedores de recolección se ubicarán en el vestíbulo de la iglesia para recibir sus donaciones cada semana hasta el 10 de diciembre.
