Manhood - TMIY Mini-Course: Leadership will take you on a four-part journey in pursuit of the answer to that very question. This journey will hearken to the beginnings of man, find its fulfillment in Christ, and its continuation through the Church into modern times. This experience is divided into four segments:
March 1st 2025 - Session 1: The Issue of Leadership

- Describe your vision of authentic male leadership?
- What does it take for you to live this vision?
March 8th 2025 - Session 2: The Price of Failed Leadership
- In what ways does your life or your desires resemble that King David?
- In what ways do you recognize the failure of male leadership as the source of greater societal issues?
- Which of the four consequences is most personally impacting your family?
March 15th 2025 - Session 3: Authentic Male Leadership
- Which of the four leadership roles is most difficult for you and why?
- Which of the five leadership characteristics do you most need to develop within yourself?
- Who do you know who would benefit from this message?
March 22nd 2025 - Session 4: A Man After God’s Own Heart
- Which of the three fundamental Temptations is most difficult to you and why?
- How do you most frequently encounter God?
- How can you bring TMIY to your parish to discover the full vision of authentic male leadership, and bond together with other men to the fulfill it?
